Scrolling with the trackpad Mar 4, 2019 · Safari has buttery smooth scrolling most of the time, but sometimes it gets very choppy on some websites or on parts of certain websites. So overall I'm looking for a free app that enables smooth scrolling, middle click to auto scroll, while keeping regular middle click functionality. I'm currently using MOS for smooth scrolling + Logi Options +, for my Logitech Lift. But have also discovered the smooth scrolling feature is preventing from scrolling in both browsers (works fine in other apps). They specifically said safari has the issue, but other browsers don’t.
